Welcome
One Breath. One Team. One Purpose.
In the fast-paced environment of obstetric care, we recognize the need for moments of pause. This dedicated space was created to promote emotional resilience, peer connection, and overall well-being.
Whether you need a quiet moment between shifts, a place to reflect after a high-stress event, or space for shared support – we are here for you.
Our
Mission
The mission of the Nurse Peer Support Program is to foster a compassionate, resilient, and supportive work environment by providing emotional support, mentorship, and professional guidance to our nurses. We are committed to promoting mental well-being, reducing burnout, and enhancing job satisfaction through peer-to-peer connection, open dialogue, and shared experiences. By empowering nurses to care for themselves and one another, we ultimately strengthen the quality of care provided to mothers, infants, and families.

Why
Peer Support?
Nurse peer support is evidence-based. Research shows that peer support among nurses reduces burnout and emotional exhaustion, increases job satisfaction and retention, improves teamwork and communication, and ultimately leads to better patient outcomes.
